Youth Wellness Hubs of Ontario

Across Ontario, there are 22 Youth Wellness Hubs (YWHO) that provide high-quality integrated youth services to support the well-being of young people aged 12 to 25.

The Mike Weir Foundation donated 1.5 million to help bring a much needed Hub to Mike’s hometown.

YWHO Sarnia-Lambton serves as a one stop destination where young individuals can find comprehensive mental health and addictions services, including, counselling, peer support, crisis intervention, and access to specialized care when needed. By centralizing these services, YWHO aims to enhance coordination, collaboration and continuity of care for youth ensuring they receive the support they need at the right time and in the right place.
